How we can Help?

KIPDA Family Caregiver Program provides the following services:
  • Information about the needs of caregivers and what resources are available
  • Assistance one on one to caregivers to provide and gain access to direct services.
  • Individual Counseling, Support Groups and Training to Caregivers and Professionals to assist in decision making and help in solving problems relating to their caregiving roles.
  • Workplace education, training and advocacy for caregiver assistance.
  • Respite to give the Caregiver an occasional temporary break from their caregiving responsibilities which can be provided either in the home, day care or a residential setting.
  • Supplemental Services to provide the Caregiver with assistance in caring for their loved one. Examples include such items as incontinence products, home safety, walkers, wheelchairs, etc.
